Exchanges: We offer one free size/style exchange per order, subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit valid for 6 months.

Returns: Approved returns are refunded as store credit. Cash/original payment refunds are not offered.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it and expedite the exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all tags intact and in original packaging. Items without tags will not be accepted.
