OUR RETURN POLICY

Your first pair of underwear is covered under our first-try underwear policy. Submit a return request to returns@thebeyondus.com with your order number or call us on +91 8955862433 to initiate this process. For other products, you can reach out on the above mentioned detail within 7 days of order delivery. 

Note:- Items sold during our special sale like Flat 50% are not eligible for returns and exchanges. 

WHAT IS OUR FIRST-TRY UNDERWEAR POLICY?

If your first pair of underwear didn’t fit quite right after trying it on, We’ll happily provide a full exchange within 7 days from the shipping date, given that the pair is unused & unwashed. As the name suggests, our first-try underwear policy only applies to your first single pair (1) of undies. All other pairs in the order will be available for a size or the style change, depending on stock availability. Yup, that’s for the first time customers.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS?

All the returning customers can opt for exchanges in case of unused, unwashed undies or damaged pairs. Just submit a return request to returns@thebeyondus.com your order number or call us on +91 8955862433 to initiate this process.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY IN CASE OF MULTIPLE ITEMS OR PACKS?

If you're buying multiples or packs, we suggest opening and trying only one pair to make sure you love them before you open up the rest as we can only accept one pair of underwear out of the packaging for return.

That first one is yours to try, wear, jump around, do whatever you want to see if it's right for you and then keep it regardless. We'll grant a full exchange for your first single pair (1) without needing to send it back. For all balance pairs in the order, we would be happy to provide a size exchange as long as they are untried and unwashed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date received to be processed. Once the returned parcel is received at our facility, it goes through a quality check. The replacement package or the refund amount will be initiated after the quality check is done.

RECEIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS?

If this is the case, first of all, we would like to apologise.. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that the wrong item is delivered to you.

In the case of damaged or wrong product(s) being delivered, please send us an email to returns@thebeyondus.com with a few images of the products received. We will ship out a replacement to you or provide a refund into the same payment method used while placing the order after we receive the confirmation from your side.
