When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we will attempt to notify you.

All rights, including property rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in connection with Organic Basics products, trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to Organic Basics. Organic Basics trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to Organic Basics or Organic Basics’ suppliers. The customer may not change or remove any statement regarding copyrights, trademarks or any other rights included in Organic Basics’ products. The customer cannot sell, distribute, license, rent out, lease, lend, pledge or in any other way assign or hand over these licences and rights of use to any third party without the prior written consent of Organic Basics. It is strictly prohibited to use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, download, license, enter into database, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, frame, transfer, or sell any content obtained from, through or on this services, in whole or in part.

Coupon codes can only be redeemed online. Only one (1) coupon code may be redeemed per user account / per household / per promotion. The coupon code is redeemable on select merchandise only. Coupon codes may require a minimum Dollar/Euro/DKK/GBP value purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials or other promotional offers. Coupon codes must be entered at the cart in order to be applied to your order. Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Organic Basics accepts Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, and in some countries Klarna, PayPal, and MobilePay. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to Organic Basics, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. organicbasics.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. All prices include Danish VAT. organicbasics.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. On organicbasics.com prices are shown in the following currencies: Danish Kroner (DKK), Euro (€), American Dollar (USD) and British Pound (GBP). organicbasics.com sends all packages with PostNord in Denmark and Sweden. To all the international destinations DHL, UPS, and PacketTracked are used. Exceptions cannot be made. Shipping times for regular service outside of Denmark are 5-18 business days, and as a regular service inside Denmark 2-4 business days. organicbasics.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All shipping times are guiding. International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The exact cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout stage. The minimum order value to be eligible for free shipping is shown on organicbasics.com under Shipping. Local customs and duties may apply upon import. All products from Organic Basics come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact customer service at hello@organicbasics.com.

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services.

Employees in Organic Basics cannot participate in the competition. In cases of disputes about the contest terms, Organic Basics will do the interpretation.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or cash. All taxes and fees have been paid.

Organic Basics reserve the right to announce the name and city of the winner on the media used by Organic Basics.

By signing up with their email, participants accept to receive newsletters from Organic Basics. Participants accept the above when participating in the contest by Organic Basics. Our Facebook/Instagram contests are in no way supported, sponsored or administrated by Facebook or Instagram. The winners of the competition will be contacted directly by email or private message.

We offer customers to return purchased products for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.

Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odor, in their original packaging and containing all tags, or will otherwise not be accepted. All orders are sent in sturdy shipping boxes, which can be re-used for returns. Shipments do not include a return label, but we will email you a return label after you register your return.

If you are returning your products for a refund, we will deduct a return shipping charge from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping back to Denmark. If you are returning your products for an Exchange or Store Credit, you will not be charged for the return shipping.

Please note that you must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Organic Basics. Once the returned product is received by Organic Basics, the return will be processed for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund as per your request within 30 days. Organic Basics will cover the cost for outgoing shipping of Exchanges, but reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer in some circumstances.
